Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at The Sandbox Club or on the The Sandbox Club network may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as a The Sandbox Club will result in immediate account review.
Members who voluntarily delete their Sandbox profile and later choose to reapply or create a new profile will be subject to a $25 profile setup fee.
This fee covers administrative review, identity verification, and account setup associated with creating a new member profile. The setup fee will be applied at the time of reapplication and must be paid before membership approval is completed.
This policy applies regardless of prior membership status, length of membership, or previous account standing.
Any member who makes negative, defamatory, or damaging comments about The Sandbox, its ownership, staff, members, or events in a public forum — including but not limited to social media platforms, online reviews, public groups, or comment sections — may be subject to immediate disciplinary action.
This action may include, but is not limited to:
Immediate revocation of club privileges
Termination of membership without refund
Permanent ban from The Sandbox
Concerns, complaints, or feedback should be brought directly and privately to club management so they may be addressed appropriately.
Public disparagement of the club will not be tolerated. Membership at The Sandbox is a privilege, not a right.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY – TICKET CREDIT
Occasionally, events may have to be canceled because of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances (such as a power outages). If an event has to be canceled, The Sandbox will attempt to notify you as soon as that decision has been made. If you ever have any doubt about the status of an event because of weather, please check the website, as it will have the most current information. We will not post cancellations or any official club business on social media, again Thesandboxclub.com is our official form of communication with our members.
If The Sandbox cancels an event, no action is required on your part. The cost of your event ticket and any add-ons will be credited to you from when you purchased a ticket for any future event within 30 days of the orginal cancelled event.
No refunds will be given as stated on the online ordering system.
The Sandbox and its staff is not liable for travel, lodging, or any other expenses you or anyone else incur in connection with a canceled event.
